Temra's Table is a personal chef and delivery service that provides healthy, home-cooked meals from my table to your doorstep.
My food philosophy is simple: Use seasonal and the highest quality ingredients to make delicious food. My meals are based around fresh fruits and vegetables, lean proteins such as chicken and fish, some amount of red meat, and whole grains. I am not a "fat-free" cook but am very aware of what goes into my food. I use the best quality olive oil in my cooking and shy away from butter and cream. If the quality of the ingredient is not up to my standards, I will not serve it. That may be the reason why there are last minute changes to my menus- if the ingredients I intended to use aren't up to snuff, then I find something else that is.
So how does this work? This service will be provided Monday through Thursday in hopes of helping families get delicious meals on their tables during hectic weeknights. Due to the increased demand, I would appreciate your orders for the week by Friday at 5 PM the week prior. If you have a last minute order for the next day, please place your order by 2 PM the day before. The food can be delivered between 1 and 5 PM. More specific time slots can be accommodated upon request. Each day there will be a daily offering which will be provided every day. These are the meals that have been favorites for my friends and family for years. Each day there will be a special offering, "What's on Temra's Table today....? This will be my special meal of the day and the menu for the week will be posted by the Wednesday prior to the following week.
The meals can be ordered per small individual, large individual, or family sizes, small, regular, and large. A small individual is meant to be a healthy balance-sized portion for 1 adult. A large individual is a larger-sized portion meant for those with a heartier appetite. The small family size is meant to feed 2 adults and 1-2 small children under the age of 4, the regular family size is meant to feed 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. A large family size is meant to feed 6 adults or 2 adults and up to 4 children.
Accepted payments are Cash, Checks made out to Temra's Table, or Paypal, which needs to be processed for payment prior to delivery.
