Chicken Dishes

Breaded Chicken Cutlets- Thinly Sliced White Meat Chicken Breasts are Lightly Breaded and Sauteed making this one of the most popular Chicken Dishes at Temra's Table and would be perfect for any Holiday Meal!

Lemon Rosemary Grilled Chicken- White Meat Chicken Breasts are Marinated with Lemon Juice, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic, and Rosemary and then Grilled and served Thinly Sliced for easy eating. A Homemade Lemon, Garlic, and Rosemary Aioli is served on the side. This Chicken tastes best when eaten at Room Temperature so perfect for Entertaining.

Vegetable Side Dishes (all Nut-Free)

Roasted Asparagus- Farm Fresh Asparagus is Simply Roasted with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sea Salt, and Cracked Black Pepper. This dish tastes best at Room Temperature.

Broccoli with Garlic Oil- Fresh Broccoli is Blanched and Drizzled with a Homemade Garlic Oil and Sea Salt.

Garlic and Rosemary Roasted Yukon Gold Potatoes- A Temra's Table Favorite which is sure to be a hit at your Holiday Meal!

Salads

Organic Mesclun Salad, Fresh Black Mission Figs, Aged 18 Month Manchego, Chopped Honey Crisp Apples, and Salted Pistachios, served with a side of Aged Fig Vinegar and Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil 

(Small $60, Large $80, Extra Large $120)

Farro Salad with Roasted Vegetables-Pearled Farro with Roasted Vegetables which include Red, Orange, and Yellow Peppers, Japanese Eggplant, and Red Onions. It is tossed in a Homemade Vinaigrette and is topped with Fresh Basil, Chopped Scallions, Greek Feta and Toasted Pine Nuts. This dish is best served at room temperature so perfect for entertaining!

Fall Harvest Salad- Shredded Red Cabbage, Roasted Brussel Sprouts, and Dried Cranberries tossed with a Honey Lemon Vinaigrette, topped with toasted Pine Nuts.

Desserts (all are nut-free)

Apple or Late Summer Fruit Crostada (serves 6-8 people) - This Free Form pie is made with a Homemade Pastry Crust and comes with your choice of either Fresh Farm Apple or Late Summer Fruit which may consist of Peaches, Plums, Raspberries, and Blueberries depending on what is in Season ($35)

Homemade Baked Cinnamon Sugar Donuts (1 dozen)- Try these amazing Cinnamon Sugar Donuts that are baked and not fried- you won't believe how good they are! ($35)

Dulce de Leche Cheesecake Bars (serves 8-10 people) - These Irresistible Cheesecake Bars are made with Dulce de Leche and come with a Homemade Graham Cracker Crust and are finished with a Sprinkle of Sea Salt ($35)

Sour Cream Coffee Cake (serves 8-10 people) - This Scrumptious Cake is a Family Secret Recipe, swirled with Cinnamon and Brown Sugar and Finished with a Cream Cheese Maple Glaze ($35)
