Planning a party or family gathering and don't know what to serve? I have the answer! Below are dishes that I have continued to make for small gatherings and are always a big hit. I need 1 week's notice to plan the party and will try and accommodate if the party is on the weekend. Please continue to check back since items will continue to be added.
A small size serves 6-8 people, a large 8-10 people, and an extra large serves 15-17 people, assuming cocktail size portions.
Fall Harvest Salad: Shredded Red Cabbage, Roasted Brussel Sprouts, and Dried Cranberries tossed with a Honey Lemon Vinaigrette, topped with toasted Pine Nuts. Small ($40) and Large ($60)
Arugula, Beet, and Goat Cheese Salad: Fresh Roasted Beets is tossed with Organic Baby Arugula and topped with a Fresh Goat Cheese and Salted Pistachios. Served with a Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette on the side. Small ($40) and Large ($60)
Goat Cheese and Fig Jam Tartlets: These are bite size tarts baked with a homemade Goat Cheese spread and then topped with a Fig Jam and fresh Thyme. ($60 for 30 Tartlets)
Roasted Asparagus with Parmeggiano Reggiano Cheese Small ($35) and Large ($50)
Broccoli with Garlic Oil- Fresh Broccoli is blanched and then drizzled with a homemade garlic oil and sprinkled with sea salt. Small ($30) and Large ($45)
Fresh Mediterranean Crudite Platter: Carrot and Celery Sticks, Red, Yellow, and Orange Pepper Strips, and Slices of Persian Cucumber is served with pita triangles and a Homemade Roasted Eggplant Dip, Humus, and Homemade Feta and Yogurt Dip ($60- Feeds 10-12)
Pesto Pasta with Peas: Fussili and Bow Tie pasta are tossed with a Homemade Pesto Sauce, Organic Peas, and Pine Nuts. Small ($40) Large ($55) and Extra Large ($100)
Penne Pasta with Broccoli and Garlic and Oil: Penne Pasta is mixed with Fresh Broccoli and then tossed with Fresh Garlic, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and Fresh Parmeggiano Reggiano cheese. Small ($40) Large ($55) and Extra Large ($100)
Macaroni and Cheese Cupcakes: This adorable dish is Temra's Table version of Macaroni and Cheese using just the right amount of three different cheeses and serving them cupcake style. Small ($40) Large ($55) and Extra Large ($100)
