Grilled Chicken and Shredded Vegetable Salad

 

This Salad contains Shredded Organic Carrots, Shredded Red Cabbage, Fresh Jicama, Diced Colored Peppers, Thinly Sliced Persian Cucumbers, Julienned Sugar and/or Snap Peas, and Thinly Sliced Herb Grilled Chicken.  It comes with Herbed Green Goddess dressing on the side.

Tuesday, May 22nd

 

Grilled Vegetable and Quinoa Cobb Salad

 

This Vegetarian Composed Salad consists of Organic Red Quinoa, Blistered Cherry Tomatoes, Grilled Zucchini and Scallions, Diced Hass Avocado, Fresh Vermont Goat Cheese, Salted Pistachios and Fresh Chopped Mint.  This Vegetarian Salad can be ordered Dairy-Free or Nut-Free.

Greek Chicken Salad

 

This Organic Mesclun Salad is topped with Farm Fresh Grape and Cherry Tomatoes, Persian Cucumbers, Thinly Sliced Red Onion, Crumbled Greek Feta, and Herb Grilled Chicken. A Homemade Lemon and Oregano Vinaigrette is provided on the side.

Salmon, Goat Cheese and Fresh Berry Salad

 

Freshly-picked Farm Fresh Lettuces are the Base of the Salad.  It is then Topped with Pieces of Grilled Salmon, a Mixture of Fresh Berries such as Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries, and/or Blackberries, Fresh Vermont Goat Cheese and Thin Slices of Toasted Almonds. It comes with a  Homemade Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette on the side.  This Salad can be ordered Nut-Free, please indicate when ordering.

Beef Panzanella Salad

 

Notes: This Italian Bread Salad is Composed of Homemade Fresh Croutons, Chopped Red, Orange, and Yellow Peppers, Sliced Persian Cucumbers, and Chopped Heirloom Tomatoes.  It is tossed in a Homemade Champagne Vinaigrette and topped with Seared Hangar Steak, Sliced Scallions, and Fresh Basil.  This is the Ultimate Summer Salad!  This dish is Nut, Poppy, and Sesame Free.

Organic Beet, Arugula, and Farro Salad

 

This Organic Salad contains Freshly Roasted Beets, Baby Arugula, and Farro.  It is Lightly Tossed with a Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette and Topped with Goat Cheese and Salted Pistachios.  This Salad is Vegetarian and can be ordered Nut-Free.
